Another internationally well known guest and leader who will not only attend but also preach at the final service, being held at the Elbwiesen in Wittenberg, is Bishop Thabo Makgoba from South Africa.

Not only celebrity guests speakers, but also a unique artwork can be seen at the Kirchentag: The Wiedmann Bible! We will start our series of events by displaying the Wiedmann Bible for the very first completely unfolded over a distance of 1517 meters in Magdeburg. The event takes place on May 7th in cooperation with r2017, Evangelischer Kirchenkreis, and the City of Magdeburg. Become part of the unique event.
